Garage Door Technician

Location: Nixa, MO

Type: Full-Time

ABC Garage Door Service & Supplies is looking for a dependable and skilled Garage Door Technician to join our team. This position will be responsible for installing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial garage doors and garage door operators.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial garage doors
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and adjust garage door openers/operators
• Work with a variety of garage door systems, hardware, and components
• Diagnose mechanical and operational issues and determine the appropriate repairs
• Service and replace springs, cables, rollers, drums, tracks, and other door components
• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
• Work with both new installations and existing garage door systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers
• Work independently while also being part of a team

Qualifications

• Previous experience with residential and/or commercial garage doors preferred
• Experience installing or servicing garage door openers/operators preferred
• Experience with LiftMaster and Genie products preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Reliable, dependable, and safety-conscious
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Warehouse Associate

Location: Nixa, MO

Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour

Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Assemble garage door components
• Receive, organize, and stock incoming inventory
• Pull and prepare customer orders accurately
• Load and unload trucks and customer vehicles
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials throughout the workday
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Mechanically inclined with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
